안녕하세요. 위믹스 팀입니다. 위믹스 통합 이용약관이 WONDER DAO 런칭과 국가별 이용 제한에 따라 업데이트될 예정입니다. 자세한 내용은 아래를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다. 1. 개정 사유 • 네이트 프로토콜(Neith Protocol) 기반의 WONDER DAO 서비스 런칭에 따른 이용약관 개정 • 자금 세탁 등의 불법행위 방지를 위한 국가별 이용 제한 이용약관 추가 2. 개정 주요 내용 a. 네이트 프로토콜(Neith Protocol) 항목 추가 • 개별 DAO 별도 조항, 프로토콜 변경, 멀티시그, DAO 서비스 연결 등 b. 고위험국가 서비스 이용 제한 항목 추가 • 고위험국가 리스트 제공 <고위험 국가란?> • 국제자금세탁방지기구(FATF)의 가이드라인에 따라 자금 세탁, 금융 범죄 등의 위험을 사전에 차단하기 위해 고위험국가(OFAC Sanctioned Countries List 등 참조) 리스트가 작성되었습니다. • 고위험 국가는 쿠바, 이란, 북한, 러시아, 시리아, 우크라이나 지역(크림, 도네츠크, 루한스크), 발칸 반도, 벨라루스, 버마(미얀마), 중앙아프리카공화국, 콩고, 에티오피아, 이라크, 레바논, 리비아, 수단, 베네수엘라, 예멘, 짐바브웨입니다. 3. 개정 시기 - 적용 일정 : 2023년 4월 14일 *내부 사정으로 인하여 약관 업데이트 일정이 변경될 수도 있습니다. 4. 관련 문의 - 개정사항에 대해 문의사항이 있으신 경우 WEMIX 서포트센터 또는 NILE 홈페이지(nile.io) 하단에 위치한 서포트 센터의 문의 등록을 통해 연락해 주시면 안내해 드리겠습니다. - 개정된 이용약관 및 개인정보보호정책에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 감사합니다.

The general terms and conditions of WEMIX will be updated due to the launch of WONDER DAO and addition of the list of service restricted countries. For more details, please see below. 1. Reason for Update - The launch of WONDER DAO service based on the Neith Protocol - Terms indicating the list of service restricted countries added to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering 2. Key Update Details - Adding of ‘Neith Protocol’ category > Separate individual DAO provisions, changes in protocol, multi-signatures, DAO service connections, etc. - Adding of a new category for service restriction on high-risk countries > List of high-risk countries provided <What Are High-risk Countries?> • A list of high-risk countries (references include OFAC Sanctioned Countries List) has been drafted in order to prevent any danger related to financial crimes such as money laundering in accordance with Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) guidelines. • High-risk countries include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, parts of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk), Balkans, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe. 3.
